Part of Airbus A350 fleet faces inspection, regulator says

LONDON : Part of the Airbus A350 fleet will be subject to broader inspection, European aviation safety regulator EASA said on Thursday after a Cathay Pacific A350-1000 passenger plane experienced an in-flight failure of an engine part.
EASA will release an airworthiness directive with details of the inspection later on Thursday, it added.
